# \[ 重要公告 ] 簡訊實名制-字數限制

為配合國家通訊傳播委員會最新實名制規定，自 2025 年 11 月 1 日起，所有透過平台發送之簡訊內容皆需標註經核准的發送者名稱，為符合規範，1.Talk 系統將於簡訊開頭加上 【醫點通】 的前綴字樣，以避免被電信業者判定為詐騙訊息，確保簡訊能順利送達。影響範圍與相關作業規範，敬請留意以下說明：

1. 字數計算：包含 【醫點通】 前綴 ( 一共為 5 個字元 ) 在內，每封簡訊有其 70 個字元的限制，超過 70 字元即算第二封。
2. 自訂簡訊：若診所曾經自訂過簡訊內容，建議您於 10/31 前檢查字數或重新調整訊息內容，以免影響訊息發送。
3. 適用類型：所有透過 1.Talk 【醫點通】 平台發送之公版或自訂簡訊皆適用，包含預約提醒、到診通知、群發訊息、個案追蹤等。
4. 公版訊息更新：部分官方模板將略為縮短文字內容，以維持在一封簡訊的 70 個字元之內。
5. 患者宣導：為避免患者疑慮，建議診所可向病患公告包含 1.Talk 【醫點通】／PinMed 為診所合作之系統平台，讓患者能安心接收訊息。

#### 影響範圍分為兩種翔評後台版本，翔評新後台、翔評舊後台：
