# \[ 自費預約 ] 預約黑名單功能

此為使用翔評之自費預約功能之診所能使用。\
診所可自行設定預約黑名單，限制黑名單患者無法自行進行線上預約（以電話號碼為判別依據）；但診所仍可透過後台協助其建立預約。

1. 可於「 **會員管理** 」→「 **會員** 」中點擊「 **黑名單訊息設定** 」，設定黑名單病患在線上預約後的預設阻擋訊息。\
   此訊息為診所統一套用之公版內容，無法針對個別病患分別設定。

2. 於「動作」中點擊「加入預約黑名單」，並輸入該病患的手機號碼完成設定。
   1. 若同一手機號碼綁定多位病患，則所有相關病患皆會被納入「預約黑名單」。

3. 檢視所有 「 預約黑名單 」

4. 將此患者自「預約黑名單」中移除

5. 黑名單病患的線上預約畫面顯示：預約發生錯誤，同第 1 點的設定。
