2. 已掛號的病患姓名以及掛號的診次、號碼
3. 是否已綁定 LINE
4. 該筆掛號是來自病歷系統／LINE
5. 預約提醒的發送狀態
6. 新增黑名單／新增欲發送評價訊息的患者資訊
7. 目前的簡訊剩餘數量
